He has dealt with clients of different business field and giving them advice on various matters starting from business start-up to capital structuring, taxation and compliance matters. He has been associated with various academic institutions and M.S. University as a academician. He is playing lead role in employee training on various legal and compliance matters. He was Past Chairman of Baroda Branch of ICAI.

Brijesh Vithalani a senior partner of the firm. He has total experience of more than 12 years in the field of Taxation, Tax Audit, Statutory Audit of Companies & Nationalized banks, Trust Audit, Co-operative Societies and Banks Statutory Auditor and Internal Audits of Corporate. He is also dealing with Banks for project finance and LC Management of Corporate and appearing before various government Departments like Income Tax Authorities and GST Authorities for Assessment and other issues. He leads the Direct Tax and the Management Audit and Management Consultancy Services of the Firm and also involved in the internal audits of corporate assesses and concurrent audits of banks. Brijesh deals with all matter of the clients giving them advice from Starting up strategy to Entity formation, Capital Structure decision and setting up internal control system. He has unique experience of establishment of compliance system and internal control system in complex business model.

He has total experience of 7 years in the field of Accountancy, Auditing and taxation matters, he is also involved in the field of Internal Auditing, Management Consultancy like Asset Verification, Physical Stock Verification. He has also good exposure of concurrent audits of various banks, Tax audit of various organizations and Statutory Audits of various banks and Corporate. Currently he leads GST Law and ROC Matters related services of the firm.

She has total experience of 4 years experience in the area of Corporate Accounting, Taxation, Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, and such other assurance services. She is also appearing before Income Tax Authorities, Service Tax and Commercial Tax Authorities for Assessment and various legal matters. She has good exposure of corporate e-TDS returns, statutory compliances, concurrent and statutory audit of the nationalized as well as co- operative Banks. She has good communication skills; She can use technologies in work and can make work smoother and better.

She has total experience of 4 years in the area of Taxation, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Statutory Audits of corporate and Non corporate clients. She has gained hand on exposure across various sector including Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Bank Audit, Filling of Income Tax return, TDS metters, Scrutiny Assessment, CIT Appeals and Tribunal Appeals related works, drafting of various Deeds and other compliance metters and certain assignment of Official Liquidator. She is having positive approach towards the assignment and the analytical mind.
